    Are your handmen insured?

    All our staff and sub-contractors are insured. Belgravia Solutions has a fully comprehensive public liability insurance.

    Can you do electrical work?

    Handymen can generally not carry out electrical work. Belgravia Solutions can organise fully qualified electricians to do more complex electrical work. Please note that handyman rates do not apply if qualified electricians are used. Customers will be informed of applicable costs before any job is booked.

    Can you do work on boilers and gas appliances?

    Heating systems and gas appliances can only be looked at by appropriately qualified plumbers. Belgravia Solutions can organise for such plumbers but our normal handyman rates do not apply. Customers will be informed of applicable costs before any job is booked.

    Is work guaranteed?

    Because of the nature of a handyman's work, it is generally not possible to guarantee any work done. However, if you are not satisfied with the work done or if there are further issues relating to the work done then, where appropriate, our handymen can return to fix them.

    For more complex electrical and plumbing work, written guarentees can usually be provided by the contractors used.
